Do you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion? I have fair skin, so I only tan when it is necessary before a contest.

Day 6 repeat                            Abs daily, up to 2 hours of cardio daily
 
Off season work out routine: Working every major muscle group once per week.  30 min cardio most days of the week
