Biography: Born and raised in
Northern California. I am a professional hip hop dancer and choreographer.
I have worked as a fitness model for the past 10 years for television,
film, commercials, music videos, magazines, posters, books, and
promotions. I also teach dance, kickboxing, and boot camps.

What makes a great fitness model?
A humble person
What are the secrets to become a
fitness model? Trial and error. Put yourself in the action and learn
what to do and what not to do! My advice is to market yourself
consistently, even if you have an agent. Nobody is going to work harder
for you then you!

I got an agent when I was 21 and became successful

business everyday and half my days consist of exercise
