While depression
is often treated through medication and
professional psychiatric treatment, exercise
can be very beneficial in the treatment of
depression. Exercise is known to increase
hormone levels that have been proven to help
improve your mental disposition. If you are
battling with depression, consider adding a
regular exercise routine into your life in
addition to regular visits to your doctor.
If nothing else, exercising will get your
mind focused on something else, instead of
feeling depressed.

guide you on your athletic journey. No one
