Customized
Workout's That
Works!
As a single mom who works full-time, getting I knew I needed to exercise,
and I wanted to,
but it kept
sliding to the
bottom of my
priority list.
My doctor
finally told me
I needed to take
better care of
myself, or I was
going to make
myself sick, or
