Devon Allen from Brophy High Ran second-fastest all-time high school 110-meter high hurdles in California recently, in any weather condition at 13.32 seconds. He’s wanting to run track and play football for a college. He’s one of Arizona’s top high school football players coming out this season. Watch out.
