Many think that by switching to a healthy diet it is going to empty their wallet. This doesn’t have to be true! For starters just by switching to drinking more water you are eliminating the costs of juices and sodas. When grocery shopping plan ahead, don’t got on an empty stomach, and stick to the outside aisles first these ones usually contain the fresh foods and not the junk foods. Buy in bulk and chose the large pre-packed bags of apples or oranges this is cheaper than buying them by the pound. Look for sales and buy your veggies and fruit whole, you can always cut them up yourself at home. Just by cooking at home you are saving yourself a bunch of money and not relying on fast food joints near by.
