to me..
Sports/ athletics: Competitive
horseback rider for 10 years., Trained in martial arts
Bodybuilding: lifting for the past 15 years.. never competed in

What makes a great fitness model?
Dedication, professionalism, personality, being humble and
down-to-earth, being easy going... just be pleasant to work with.. and be
polite. the reality simply is that.. fitness girls are a dime a dozen..
and if your attitude sucks, an other girl can easily be found in your
place!
What are the secrets to become a
fitness model? HA ! I'm still trying to find out! :P
What did you do to become a model
I rolled out of bed one day and said: Hey! I think I'm going to try to be
a fitness model today! seriously> I got most of my exposure from
networking at the shows. remember the personality thing? That's where it
comes in very handy! Yes! It is very useful for a girl to be able to
string a grammatically correct sentence together!
What are the benefits to being a
fitness model? There are benefits?? LOL
What is your favorite things about
being a fitness model? It has helped me realize that muscular women
can be deemed beautiful.. as opposed to simply BUFF.
How do you stay beautiful? I'm
a very low maintenance girl. I exfoliate weekly, use a moisturizer..
seldom tan. and use sun screen.. year round. OH! I get my sleep.. and my
Vitamin C :)
How do you stay fit, do you have a
personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do? A CHEF????
HAHAHAHA! I'm afrais I have yet to find a chef who will reduce himself to
making me Egg whites and salsa :)
I'm a personal trainer, so I train
every day.. between sessions.. and sometimes train along with my clients.
I walk or roller blade everywhere in the city.. since I do not have a car.
As I am a freelance trainer... some days.. that's a LOT of walking!
How do you keep you skin healthy
and fresh looking? I exfoliate, drink my water, eat my berries.. and
use a lot of sunscreen.
What do you believe is good health
and fitness? I believe in Balance. anything excessive is unhealthy.
Do you prefer to tan or use
tanning lotion? Tanning lotions
First
Interest In Fitness/Bodybuilding.. Hmmmm..
I was first interested in Bodybuilding.. when I first saw Linda Hamilton's
shape in Terminator!!
Goal Within The modeling/ Fitness
Industry I would rather be known for my knowledge and brains rather
than my look. I would love to match John Berardi in terms of recognition.
Life Goals: Live blissfully
happy
Dreams.. I dream of marrying
the man of my dreams.. and of traveling the world. Professionally.. I
would prefer finishing my Active release Therapy certification and then
open my own practice when I would train and treat athletes.

Ideal Man:
A light-heavy bodybuilder, who has an intellect he uses for something
other than counting reps and protein counts, who also has a career he
enjoys, a positive attitude..and would be likely to save a cat from a
tree :). Yea! I'm still single!
Relationship Status:
Still single
Personality:
just an easy-going, down-to-earth and positive outlook kinda gal. Not very
very girly.. I guess.
Things I hate:
Negative people. They drain me! I avoid
them like the plague! In fact.. I think they cause cancer!
I hate plastic containers.. I forgot
in the sink for a day
I hate being cold.. and
friggin' minus 30 degree weather! What's up with that?

Favorite Nutritional Supplements,
why: A liquid plant derived Mineral supppelement. Why? because it
provides me with nutrition I could never get nowadays, as the soils have
been depleted from their minerals.
Favorite Cardio Work out, why: Running outside. Because I get to vary
it up and throw in sprinting drills in there. It keeps me interested. I
like to run.. without music. All I focus on is the sound of my own feet.
and on the feel of my feet as they hit the ground. I consider this a
moving meditation.
Favorite Cardio Equipment, why: The belt-line path :) Right at my
doorstep
Favorite exercise equipment, why: I love dumbbells. I will always pick
them over anything else. They are far more functional! They force you to
utilize stabilizing muscles as well as the primary and secondary muscles
recruited.
Favorite Exercise, why: Dumbbell rows. Free squats. and deadlights!
they are a complete body workout when done correctly.
