Biography: I have always been lean and athletic. I was never on
sports teams while in school but I enjoyed playing basketball, soccer, and
weight lifting in my free time. I switched my major a few times and was still
not sure of what I wanted out of life. Then I got to thinking about what I
enjoy doing most. I love working out, being active and helping people. The
first career that came to mind was training/fitness modeling. I plan on leading
a fit and healthy life and I would like to help others do the same.
Fitness Model, Competitor History: As of now I have not been in any
competitions but I plan on doing so in the near future.
Sports/ athletics: As I said before, I enjoy several sports but I was
never on an actual team. ( I couldn't decided which ones to concentrate on)
Figure: I am very long, lean, and tone.
Modeling history: I started modeling at the end of 2004.

What makes a great fitness model? A person that is driven, energetic,
and unique. Fitness models also have to be in good shape to keep others
motivated.
What are the secrets to become a fitness model? Keep your eye on the
prize and be proud of what you have accomplished. This energy will show through
in the pictures and people will pick up on your good vibes in person.
What did you do to become a model? Personally I stayed in shape and put
myself out there until I found my opportunity. It's all about how you present
yourself and networking.
What are the benefits to being a fitness model? It's a good excuse to
stay in the gym and most of all, being a fitness model is fun and rewarding.
This gives me a chance to inspire others.
What is your favorite things about being a fitness model? The male
fitness models! lol :) It's just an all around good time.
How do you stay beautiful? Take care of myself by eating right, staying
in shape, and saying no to drugs (for me this excludes vodka, but if you do
choose to drink you are going to have to do an extra 50 situps).
How do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do
you do? I work out every other day and I get into a groove so it's second
nature.
How do you keep you skin healthy and fresh looking? The most
important factor is eating right and drinking plenty of water. Also, I use good
skin products.
What do you believe is good health and fitness? First and foremost, a
person has to get to know their body. What I mean by this is everyone is
different so you have to figure out what foods make you feel good and give you
energy. As for working out you have to try several different exercises and pay
attention to how they shape your body. It's all about how you feel, if you have
energy, are happy with your body, and feel healthy then you are doing just what
you need to be doing.
Do you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion? Tanning beds are not
good for your skin but I'm not gonna lie, I frequent them. It is much better to
lay out with a low SPF sunscreen whenever you have time.
Goal Within The modeling/ Fitness Industry: I would like to become
a well known personal trainer/ fitness model. I intend to enter contests and
maybe do fitness videos and calendars.
Life Goals I want to build up my income through fitness and one day open
a charity. I also enjoy writing so i would like to be an author in my free
time. I just want to get the most out of life and enjoy my career while helping
others reach their goals.
Dreams: My dream is to reach my goals and maybe even go above and beyond.
Off season work out routine:
I generally lift and do combos of military warm ups and Pilate's ( I'm sure I
spelled that wrong)
Favorites
Favorite body part to work: Arms
Ideal vacation: Any where I can just get away from everything for a
while. I prefer to get away from it all near a beach usually.
Least favorite food: I'm not a big fan of too many sweets.
Ideal Man: My ideal guy would take care of himself, be kind, funny,
spontaneous, fair, smart, laid back, like to travel, beautiful eyes, that's just
scratching the surface.
Relationship Status: Single ( I can't seem to find the guy described
above)
Personality: I'm really easy going and fun. I except all types of
people and am generally non judgmental. However, if you cross me, watch
yourself.
Things I hate: I hate people that don't care about other people and will
do anything to benefits themselves. Most of all I don't like negative energy or
sharks and spiders.
Things I love: I love my family and friends, art, writing, decorating,
beautiful places and thing, food, working out, having fun, shopping, movies,
being happy, and anything positive.
Favorite animals: I like dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, and funny looking
animals.
Favorite food: Anything with chicken in it.
Favorite movie: I usually watch comedies and scary movies. I really
love Super Troopers but there are too many others to list.
Favorite shoes: Heels
Workout wear: Anything tight

Favorite thing to do: Whatever I'm in the mood for.
