With Christmas right around the corner many of us have holiday parties to attend. These food focused celebrations make it difficult to stick with our diet so it’s important to remember a few things. Be aware of what your eating! Plan ahead and eat a healthy meal before going so you wont be hungry! Stay out of the room with all the food, or at least don’t stand near the food table! Keep moving and aim for a brisk walk after. Enjoy your holidays and be safe!
