I was loving BodyBuilding very much, I saw some persons

Bearkfast:
10 Eggs
whites,4 oz potatoes,2 pieces of bread,1 oz cheese and 1 cup of milk.
snacks:
Protein
powder.
Lunch:
3 oz of
meet, small plat of rice,salade,greep fruit and Banana.
Dinner:
2
tuna,Oatmeal and 1 piece of Bread.
Supplements you use:
whey protein,protein
powder,amino acid and Gulomatine and creatine.I do not use Steriods.
What
is your Regular Diet, same?
Breakfast:
2 pieces of bread,2 oz of chickens and 1
cup of juice.
Snacks:
Protein powder.
Lunch:
10 oz. Chicken, 2 cups salad
1.5 cups oats, 10 oz. sweet potato,
6 oz. banana, and 1-cup vegetables
2 scoops Muscle Provider,
1 tablespoon 100% Egg
in 16 oz. water

6 oz.
can tuna plus 3 egg whites or 10 oz. cod;
2 cups asparagus
