Biography:
I have been a personal trainer for about a year at Western New
York’s #1 fitness club. I have been working out now for about 4 years. I
can say that I have never missed a workout. I work out 6 days a week. I am
also a model. I have been modeling for about 3 years now.

What
makes a great fitness model?
Someone who stays in
shape all year around and then really becomes strict to get ready for a
shoot. Someone who really appreciates their body and health and
fitness.
What are the secrets to become a fitness model?
Working out on a regular basis, never giving up. Always staying in shape
and looking good.

did you do to become a model?
Worked out consistently
and stuck with it. I really appreciate my body and people that take
fitness and health seriously.
What
are the benefits to being a fitness model?
Exposure and knowing
you accomplished this yourself.

is your favorite things about being a fitness model?
Exposure and the
feeling of accomplishment.

do you stay beautiful?
Shower!

do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do
you do?
I work out six
days a week. Being a personal trainer, I learner a lot and I also learned
a lot from my buddies at the gym and watching other people. I cook as
well, I love to cook healthy meals. It’s another favorite hobby of mine,
behind working out!
What
do you believe is good health and fitness?
Good health and fitness
is working out on a regular basis, never skipping a workout, there are no
excuses. If you want it enough, you can always fit in a workout.
Also eating right, a good diet plays a key role!

you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion?

My first year of college, that is when I
really started hitting the gym.

is your Regular Diet:
Breakfast: 10 egg
white, 2 whole wheat toast, 1 piece fruit.
snacks: protein shake,
1-piece fruit, ¼ cup almonds.
lunch: Chicken
breast, greens, wheat pita, vegetables
dinner: Chicken or
fish (white fish, salmon, tuna) or grilled steak, 1-cup steamed
vegetables, 1 baked potato.
