What are the benefits to being a fitness model? exposure for business

 What is your favorite things about being a fitness model? Always staying lean year round

How do you stay beautiful? Eating a proper diet.  Sticking to my workout regime

 How do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out, what do you do?  I just always try to improve on myself

How do you keep you skin healthy and fresh looking? I naturally have good skin

What do you believe is good health and fitness? Eating a well balanced diet.  Drug free.  Always being in shape in all aspects

Do you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion?  I tan a couple x a week

Breakfast: I scoop whey protein,4 egg whites, 2 savings oatmeal

snacks: 6oz chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli

 lunch:6oz turkey with salad, 1 cup brown rice

dinner:6 oz salmon and as many greens as I can eat

Supplements you use: glutamine, creatine, whey protein, multi vitamin,

What is your Regular Diet, same? the same except I eat more fruit and high quality carbs

Breakfast:2 bananas, whey protein, 4 organic eggs

snacks: handful almonds, 1 serving fruit

 lunch:6 oz lean beef mixed with veggies

dinner:6 oz chicken with as many veggies as I can get my hands on

Contest Work Out Routine:

everything is super set

Monday-chest, back. abs

Tuesday-legs, calf's

Wednesday-arms, abs

Thursday-abs, calf's

Friday-chest, back

Saturday-legs, abs

 

Off season work out routine: either a bodybuilding routine, or a full body routine
