What is your favorite things about being a fitness model? just fun
and always love looking my best year round
How do you stay fit, do you have a personal trainer, chef, work out,
what do you do? I'm the greatest personal trainer and I love to cook.
How do you keep you skin healthy and fresh looking? The way I eat
with all organic food, and using coconut oil and fish oil, and flax seeds
in my diet. What you eat is far better than any facial creams.
As well as exercise.
What do you believe is good health and fitness? Well to be living
vitally and healthy every day without felling ill or ever sick. To
live full of energy each and every day all day long.
Do you prefer to tan or use tanning lotion? The sun in small
amounts is best
First Interest In Fitness/Bodybuilding: Ever since I was a kid when
I started playing football. Just fell in love with it as soon as i picked
up some weight.
Goal Within The modeling/ Fitness Industry: Just to have fun, be in
some movies, TV shows, and just look good forever.
Life Goals: Oh I have so many, if you ever see my you can ask
Dreams: To be a leader in the fitness industry and be the best at
everything I do. Oh ya be rich and famous. Manly Rich
Supplements you use Fish oil, coconut oil, Jay Robb's Protein,
Living Fuel Protein, Flax Seeds, a good multivitamin.
What is your Regular Diet, same?
I eat a ton of organic food, grass fed beef, no hormones in my eggs,
organic veggies and all that great stuff.
work out routine: Depends full body, 6 reps of 6 sets, of 6
compound exercise. Just depends on my training phases they last
about every 4 weeks or so.

Ideal vacation: Where no phones work and I don't have my computer.
No work, away from everything and preferably with one cool lady that I can
just lay around with and not worry about a care in the world.

Ideal Woman: Sexy girl, that can kick back and chill, loves to just
relax together and have fun, no need to go out, just someone who is into
fitness health with a big heart and is very sweet that can just relax and
have a great time together.
