The Vemma Compensation Plan
There are 3 ways to earn compensation with
Vemma:
1. Retail Sales - The enroller of each customer would
receive a Customer Bonus of $16 for the first order and $8 for every additional
order shipment when one Vemma Nutrition Program is purchased, $32 for the first
order and $16 for every additional order when the two pack is purchased, or $50
for the first order and $30 for each additional shipment when the Family Pack is
purchased.
2. Team Building Income - Consistency Bonus: On every order
of your personally enrolled member's Autoship orders, you, as the enroller, will
be eligible to receive a $5 Consistency Bonus on orders of one Vemma Nutrition
Program, a $10.00 Consistency Bonus on orders of two Vemma Nutrition
Programs, or a $50 Consistency Bonus on orders of the Family Pack if you are
active and have qualified your membership.
Cycle Bonus: At the end of each volume period (week) , the Vemma
computer searches down your left and right groups and whenever three sales in
one line and six sales in the opposite line occur (sides can switch back and
forth), you are eligible to earn a Cycle Bonus of approximately $20. You can
cycle as many times a pay period as you earn! You must have an active membership
, and have qualified your membership to earn this bonus.
Enroller Matching Bonus: This unique feature of our pay plan allows you to be
eligible for a 10% matching bonus on all of your personally enrolled member's
Cycle Bonuses! To qualify for the Enroller Matching Bonus you simply increase
your personal Autoship order to two Vemma Nutrition Programs ($120.00)
and have four active members ($60) who you personally enrolled within the past
52 weeks.
Second Tier Matching Bonus: Not only can you earn on the people that you
personally enrolled, but you are eligible to earn a 10% matching bonus on all of
your personal enrollees' personally enrolled member's Cycle Bonuses! When your
personal Autoship order is two Vemma Nutrition Programs and you have six
active members ($60) who you personally enrolled within the past 52 weeks. The
two members used for qualification and the two members used to qualify for the
Enroller Matching Bonus will count toward this bonus. Also, the two additional
members can be ANYWHERE within your structure.
Instant Sponsor Bonus: For the first sale only, the immediate upline sponsor
will receive a $5.00 Instant Sponsor Bonus on their frontline new member's
purchases, including purchases of the Family Pack. Subsequent orders will be
paid out in the existing Cycle Bonus. Neither activation nor qualification is
required for this bonus. This bonus will pay out only once in the lifetime of
each member.
Top Producer's Bonus Pool: Each member who enrolls a minimum of $400 in new
sales in a volume week will qualify for a pro-rated share of a Bonus Pool made
up of a percentage of total Vemma sales volume in that period
3. Global Bonus Pool - Earn even more with these 12 week
bonus pools that set aside 2% of overall Vemma sales to encourage team
cooperation! To qualify for a share of each bonus pool, you must meet or exceed
the cycle requirements listed below for the twelve week period. Each level of
this bonus you qualify for also entitles you to a share of the previous bonus
pool with the possibility of earning a part of all four pools.

In MLM-speak, Vemma sports a 6/3 cycle Binary compensation plan with $20
payments per cycle. In semi-english that means you build two "legs", placing
business partners in depth under others. The pitch in a business like this is
that your upline will build one of your legs, sometimes called a "powerline" or
"powerleg", leaving you to focus on placing people in one leg. Obviously we will
watch this closely.

The strategy that is used to place those people
who you personally introduce to the Vemma opportunity. These people are called
your personally enrolled qualifiers.
1 L, 1 R, Profit Leg: This strategy places the first person who
you personally enroll on the left, the second on the right and everyone after
that into your Profit leg or weak leg.
Profit Leg: This strategy will place all new personal enrollees
in your Profit or weak leg.
Left: This strategy will place all new personal enrollees in
your left leg.
Right: This strategy will place all new personal enrollees in
your right leg.
Alternate L and R equally: This strategy will place your first
personal enrollee on the left, second on the right, and then will alternate
between left and right.
Personally Enrolled Qualifiers: This section lists everyone you
have enrolled into Vemma. Not everyone who you have enrolled counts as a
Personally Enrolled Qualifier. People who have an R or an L to the right of
their Vemma ID are people who qualify your membership and / or qualify you to
earn Matching Bonus and Second Tier Matching Bonus. In order to count as a
Personally Enrolled Qualifier, your enrollee must be active (60 QV minimum) and
needs to be:
- A brand new Vemma member (not a current New Vision Member).
OR
- Needs to have been signed up into New Vision after 9/1/04 .
OR
- Needs to have been signed up into Vemma after launch on 11/1/04 .
Anyone who does not meet these criteria is not considered a Personally
Enrolled Qualifier. You will still be eligible to earn Consistency, Matching and
Second Tier Matching Bonus on all of the people who you have personally enrolled
if you are qualified to do so, they just don't help qualify you to do so.
If you think someone should count as a Personally Enrolled Qualifier but they
are not:
- Check their last order date. If it is more than 30 days past, they are not
active and thus do not qualify as a Personally Enrolled Qualifier. Personally
Enrolled Qualifiers MUST continue to remain active with volume/orders to
qualify your account.
- Check their New Vision status. If they are a New Vision member who signed
up into Vemma prior to 11/1/04 and their New Vision entry date is before
9/1/04, they will not count as Personally Enrolled Qualifier.
Autoship: A recurring monthly order that ships to you
automatically each month.
Qualify: In order to be eligible to earn some bonuses, you must
qualify your membership by having one person on your left and one person on your
right side whom you personally enrolled within the last 52 weeks and who is
active.
Active: To be considered active, a person must have at least 60
QV. A $60 order will give you 60 QV (make you active) for 5 weeks.
Cycle Bonus Qualified: A person is Cycle Bonus qualified when
they are active and have qualified their membership.
Highest Achieved Rank: The highest rank that you have achieved
in Vemma.
Current Paid Rank: Your paid rank as of today. Paid Rank is the
rank that you qualify at using your current qualifications.
Personal Volume: The amount of volume from your personal order.
Activation Weeks Remaining: The number of weeks remaining for
which your last order will make you active.
Cycle Bonus Volume: The volume on your Left and Right side that
contribute toward the amount needed to complete a Cycle. When a qualified person
has 3 sales on one side and 6 sales on the opposite side (sides can switch back

Of all of the benefits of network marketing, time freedom was the
greatest gift for the Boreykos. In February 1994, matriarch Dottie Boreyko was
diagnosed with a brain tumor. In May of that year, says BK, “she went to
heaven.”
“I got to spend every day with her during those months,” recalls BK. “I
traveled with her to specialists and spent precious time with her.
If I’d had a regular job, there’s no way I would have been able to
do that. You can’t put a price on this: to be able to spend the
last three months of your mom’s life at her side.”
Even in her last days, Dottie was thinking of others. She asked her family
to be sure to take care of their distributors. Perhaps she had a foreshadowing
of the challenges ahead.
Ten days before Christmas in 1994, there was an emergency conference call
from the Boreykos’ networking company. They learned that the company they were
affiliated with was going into bankruptcy. There would be no more monthly
Christmases, at least not from this particular enterprise.
“Grown men were crying on the conference call,” recalls BK. “My dad was 68,
retired, had his whole life wrapped up in network marketing, and now saw it
starting to unravel.”
The Boreykos huddled. They looked for an opportunity of high integrity and
promise. They wanted one that was being led by a distributor or someone with
a distributor’s mentality.
“Distributors think differently from corporate guys. Corporate guys look at
bottom line numbers and distributors look at marketing. Without great
marketing there will be no bottom line.”
With no models in sight, the Boreykos stepped up to the plate and started
their own company. Brother Jason and sisters Lynne and Karen kept their mom’s
last wish: “Do something to help people.” As co-founders, they set their
company’s mission: “to enrich the quality of families’ lives.”
“People thought we wouldn’t make it. They’d say, ‘These guys don’t have any
corporate experience, they don’t know how to run a company.’ Our secret to
success is that we surround ourselves with people who are smarter
than we are. We can hire people who know shipping, IT, customer
service. We hire someone who can make sure commission checks are
run on time—and we’ve never been late in 10 years. We have a great
senior staff.”
