CRUISE ITINERARY

This cruise will be on the beautiful Carnival Liberty embarking on Saturday April 24, 2010 and will head to the western Caribbean.

SCHEDULED EVENTS FOR MY WEIGHT WORLD

There will be two lectures per day Sunday-Friday (except Monday); usually during times when port events are not taking place so you can enjoy the port trips without missing the meetings. The lectures will be given by one of the My Weight World Dietitians and Personal Trainers; however, My Weight World reserves the right to substitute another type of medical professional if necessary due to scheduling conflicts. We anticipate 2 lectures of 45-60 minutes each for the 5 days. Topics will vary and will cover healthy living and weight loss issues.

There will also be two social events including a welcome reception and farewell dinner where you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with other people like yourself from our group.

PRICING

The pricing is excellent and includes not just the cruise but also all of the My Weight World events listed above.
