1 piece of wild salmon

1 cup  broccoli florets, thawed

1-2 cloves garlic

Couple chives  

Salt & pepper

Olive oil

 

Preparation

Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces

Mince chives

Mince garlic

Start a fry pan at med-high heat

When fry pan is hot (important, otherwise fish will stick) add garlic and fish pieces.

Cook for around 5 minutes.

Add broccoli and cook for 3 more minutes, add salt and pepper to taste

Finish by adding chopped chives and a bit more olive oil
