wild Salmon fillet,

coconut oil,

whole coconut milk,

curry powder,

garam masala,

salt

 

Preparation

In a saute pan, heat coconut milk and curry powder over medium heat until it begins to boil; then simmer for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, season a salmon fillet on both sides with garam masala and salt.

Heat coconut oil in another saute pan then saute salmon over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Then place into coconut milk and cook another 2 minutes or so.

Yeah, it’s that simple!
