  • Hummus
  • Pepperoncinis, diced
  • Roasted bell pepper, diced
  • Tomato, diced
  • Red onion, finely diced
  • Kalamata olives, diced
  • organic cheese

Preparation

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a flour tortilla and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until crisp and golden.

Remove the tortilla from the skillet then spread the hummus over it.

Top the tortilla and hummus with pepperoncinis, roasted bell pepper, tomato, red onion, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.

Place the tortilla back into the skillet for 1-2 minutes to heat through.

Slice into wedges with a large knife.

Serve immediately. Enjoy.
