Grass fed beef, 1/8 tsp. diced jalapeno,

1/4 tsp of the following: cumin ,coriander, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, turmeric.

Brussel sprouts, diced bacon, coconut oil, pepper, fresh lemon, lemon zest

Plantain, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg

 

Preparation

Disclaimer: I eye all ingredients so I am putting measurements for the sake of….putting measurements!

For the burger: 6 ounces grass-fed beef, 1/8 tsp. diced jalapeno, 1/4 tsp of the following: cumin ,coriander, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, turmeric. Mix into a patty and saute in coconut or olive oil.

For the brussel sprouts: Steam for about 8-10 minutes or until just soft. Meanwhile, add 2-3 slices diced bacon into pan and cook until some fat is rendered. Add coconut oil. Add brussel sprouts. Add black pepper, fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. Cook until sprouts are tender.

For the plantains: Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add plantains. Dust with cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook about 3-4 minutes on each side. It’s that easy!
