1 Lb ground free range organicĀ  chicken

1 Lb Grass fed ground beef

1/4 Cup Almond Flour

1 Egg

6 Ounces tomato paste

2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

1 Tbsp Salt, 1 Tbsp Black Pepper

1 Tbsp Garlic powder, 1 Tbsp Onion Powder

 

Preparation

Combine all the above ingredients in a mixing bowl and using your hands, mix well ensuring an even distribution of ingredients

Preheat a large saute pan over medium heat or a skillet

Form your meat into patties to your size liking and then cook accordingly in your skillet

Serve with some scrambled eggs, or some paleo pancakes :)
