2 lbs wild scallops

olive oil to baste

garlic salt to taste

Italian seasoning to taste

 

Preparation

 

Preheat a large griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.

Place each scallop on griddle and baste with olive oil.

Sprinkle with garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Cook for 5-6 minutes, flip over and repeat.

Serve promptly.
