1 BumbleBee Tuna Pouch, 5oz.

1 Avocado

1/4 Cup Walnuts

2 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds

Preparation

You get your pump on, throw the Spinach into a bowl. Slice-up that bad boy Avocado.

Slices or cubes, your life, your decision. Throw the Tuna into the bowl. Throw the Nuts into the mix. Next, hit that bowl with an Avocado-cube shower. Pull the trigger and blow up your insides with healthy foodgasms.

So easy a child could do it, by simply watching a hardened 3CCD musk-scented Navy SEAL Tiger-Shark like myself prepare it, or even by reading these instructions.

The REAL story behind this salad? I’ve never cooked anything in my life – EVER. But I knew what I needed to eat, so I threw it into a bowl. And it tasted damn good.

The walnut/sunflower/tuna crunch blended with the avocado just tastes good.
