1lb Ground grass fed  Beef

Salt + Pepper

1 tbsp of dried Rosemary

1 tsp of garlic powder

Some sorta fat, organic  Butter, Ghee, or coconut oil

 

Preparation

Heat big skillet with cooking fat of choice

Dump all ingredients into a bowl.

Mix well {but don’t over mix, meat gets tough when over mixed}

Form into patties and cook until done
