1 piece of wild  salmon (as large as you are hungry)

1 cup mixed greens

Balsamic vinegar

Sesame oil  

Salt and pepper

 

Preparation

Heat a fry pan to med-high with olive oil

Cook salmon starting flesh side down for 5 min

Flip and cook for 5 more min skin side down

Remove salmon from pan and set aside to cool briefly

Place mixed greens on plate

Break salmon over mixed greens with hands

Drizzle balsamic, sesame oil and sprinkle salt & pepper
