2 clove fresh minced garlic

1/4 tsp Cumin

4 zucchini, cut 1/2 lengthwise and “gutted” to make “boats”

dash oregano

1/4 tsp Turmeric

sprinkles of organic cheese shredded, and 4 slices pepperjack cheese 1/2’d

coconut or almond milk for blending

2 TBSP cream cheese

 

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375*

Gut zucchini and put inside into food processor with fresh garlic and set aside.

Meanwhile cook meat with seasonings. After cooked, add cream cheese to “sauce up” and throw in processor.

Add a cpl small splashes of coconut or almond milk and organic cheese to help blend.

One blended, put into zucchini boats and top with pepper jack cheese.

Bake until cheese starts to brown..About 15 mins. Enjoy;)
