2 pounds ground organic turkey

1 zucchini, shredded

2 medium carrots, shredded

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 free range egg

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1/4 cup almond meal

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried oregano

 

Preparation

Preheat grill to medium heat.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

(Do not overwork the meat.) Form into 1/2 cup patties. Grill 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.

Serve with all of your favorite fixins.
