Wild White fish
Leeks
Chilli
Corriander
Tomatoes
Asparagus
Lemon
Courgette
Any other organic veg you like
Preparation
Create tray from tin foil.
Place on parchment paper
Add fish and chopped vegetables. (I use whatever veg I have left in the fridge
Season and add olive oil and lemon, corriander leaves)
Wrap up in parchment paper creating a bag.
Oven cook for around 15 minutes.
The fish and veg will all be steamed with the lemon and seasoning and you can even serve in the ready made tray.
