2 organic eggs
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 grated courgette
two strips bacon
1 tsp crushed garlic
two tablespoons diced onion
Olive oil
Preparation
In pan cook bacon, diced onion and courgette.
Once cook drain and let cool down a little.
In a separate bowl add your almond meal, eggs, crushed garlic and sea salt and mix.
Then add in your cooked foods mix again and cook like normal fritters.
Cook in either grapeseed oil or olive oil.
