3-4 cups fresh mint

1 chunk fresh ginger (lightly smashed)

Lemon, lime, and cucumber slices

Filtered water

Optional: 2-3 drops Stevia extract

 

Preparation

Watch a pot of water boil.

Put a colander into the pot and drop ginger and mint into boiling water and cover with a lid.

After 10-15 minutes, remove the herbs.

Let the tea cool. If you are using stevia, add in a few drops.

Add slices of lemon, lime, and cucumber to the tea and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
