• 1 kiwi, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mango, chopped
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • Handful of sunflower seeds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, or whatever you have on hand
  • 6 oz coconut milk
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Preparation

Add fruit and nuts or seeds to a bowl.

Top with coconut milk.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.
