- 1 kiwi, chopped
- 1/3 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1/3 cup mango, chopped
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- Handful of sunflower seeds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, or whatever you have on hand
- 6 oz coconut milk
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Preparation
Add fruit and nuts or seeds to a bowl.
Top with coconut milk.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
