- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1/4 cup paleo mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp horseradish
- dash hot sauce
- 1/2 pound lump crab meat
- 1 large seedless cucumber, sliced
Preparation
Whisk together tomato paste, mayonnaise, lemon juice, horseradish, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
In a medium bowl, mix together crab meat and chives.
Pour wet ingredients over crab mixture and stir well to combine.
To serve, transfer crab dip to a small serving bowl. Garnish with additional chives, if desired. Serve with cucumber slices for dipping.
