In season vitamin C rich apple, pear, and orange get spiced up with stimulating cinnamon and nutmeg.
You need:
2 golden delicious apples, peeled and core removed
2 small or 1 large pear, peeled and core removed
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
