Soda pop is a red flag to aging internally and externally quicker. I dare you to look at the ingredients of your soda the next time you pick one up and try to find any nutritional value to it. The large amounts of sugar, carbohydrates and other dangerous additives will leave you feeling dehydrated, bloated, and at risk for many diseases. One can of soda has about 10 teaspoons of sugar, 150 calories, 30 to 55 mg of caffeine, and is loaded with artificial food colors and sulphites.
Think diet soda is better?
You’re wrong! Aspartame is the sugar substitute in sodas that is linked to brain tumors, birth defects, diabetes, emotional disorders and epilepsy/seizures.
Lets be positive role models and improve not only our health but that of our family, friends and community.
