Crust ingredients: 1 1/2 almond flour/meal
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon stevia (or sweetener of choice)
4 tablespoons of organic butter
Pudding ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup organic honey
2 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
I have always wanted to make the chocolate pudding recipe I found from Girl Gone PrimalĀ but decided to add a little twist and make it into a pie.
A simple crust, little cream and fresh berries added so much to the regular chocolate pudding.
You can also substitute a banana for the honey, add coconut flakes and/or nut butter if desired. There are so many possibilities.
Direcctions: Add all crust ingredients into a small mixing bowl. Mix well with a spoon and transfer to a baking dish sprayed with olive oil cooking spray. Smash down to form a crust and stick it in the freezer.
Add all the chocolate pudding ingredients into the mixing bowl and blend (using a food processor or mixer) until thickened.
Add chocolate pudding to the baking dish and stick in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Top with coconut whipped cream, fresh berries, dark piece of chocolate or whatever you like.
Such a tasty and easy desert!
