- 6 free range organic Boneless Skinless chicken breast
- 2 red peppers sliced, 1 white onion sliced, 2 jalapenos sliced
- 1 Tomato sliced, 8 ounces of mushrooms sliced, 2 Cloves of garlic minced
- 12-16 Ounce Jar of Organic Tomatillo Salsa
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Cumin
Preparation
Place all of the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the remaining ingredients and mix well
Pour mixture over the chicken in the crock pot
Cook in your crock pot on High for 3-4 Hours or Low for 6-8 hours, the longer you cook the more shredded your chicken becomes
