• 6 endive leaves
  • shawarma meat (250gr)
  • ricotta
  • garlic
  • onion
  • coconut oil

Preparation

In some coconut oil, heat up the onion, garlic & meat, until the meat is tender.

In the meanwhile, bring a pan of water to a boil. When the meat is done, dip each endive leaf into the boiling water for about 30 sec.

Then scoop some meat & about a tsp. of ricotta on a leaf and roll it up.
