Flax seed, Almond meal, Pumkin seed,

Sunflower seed, Garlic, Dried Basil,

Dried Thyme, Sesame seed, Poppy seed,

Real sea salt, Water,

Preparation

Add 1,1/5 cup of water to 2 cups of flax seed and let is soak for 15 minutes.

Put the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried basil, dried thyme in a blender en BLEND!

Add that to the soaked flax seed and mix it up. Add some real sea salt, sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Mix it even more. Shape the mixture into a ball.

Cut the ball in half. Put one half on a piece of parchment paper and cover it with an other piece of parchment paper. Flatten the mixture with a rolling pin.

Sprinkle the mixture with Real sea salt, sesame and poppy seed. Push the seeds and salt into the mixture.

Pre heat an grill oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 356 degrees fahrenheit.

Cut the flattened mixture in to the size of crackers you want.

Put the cut up mixture under the grill.

Check the crackers every 2 minutes. THEY BURN QUICK!!!

Turn the crackers over when the top is crispy and golden… Put it back in the oven and till this side is also crispy and golden.

Let the crackers cool off, and store in an air tight container.
