• 2 organic apples, skin on, grated
  • 2 small carrots, grated (skin on if organic)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Melt the coconut butter and oil in a fry pan over medium heat, add the rest of the ingredients and toss to mix well. You can eat it right away or cook it a little longer to heat through – either way it’s super yummy!

Simple and quick – just what you need for a breakfast in a hurry.

*For added protein in the morning, add a chopped cooked chicken breast in the mix! trust me, it’s yummy!
