Junk food is actually is a slang term with regard to food that is on little nutrition and also often heavy in fat, sugar, preservatives, and calories from fat. Do some companies try and trick you by adding in “Fortifying” the food with synthetic vitamins and minerals yes. Though mother nature intended us to eat foods that the earth creates. So if it’s not roaming on the wild savana, growing from the ground or tree then don’t put it in that amazing system called your body.
