1 cooked chicken breast

2 – 3 strips bacon

tomato slices

lettuce or spinach

1/4 fresh avocado, sliced

salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation

Fry bacon until desired doneness is achieved.

Slice chicken breast lengthwise, like a bun (because it will be used as a bun).

Heat chicken breast pieces in frying pan (drain most of bacon fat out first) until warm.

Assemble your CLTA (chicken, lettuce, tomato and avocado) sandwich, using the chicken breast as the bun.
