1/2 # fresh fish fillets
1/4 cup lime juice
1tsp tarragon leaves
1/4 cup chopped scallions
Preparation
Arrange fish in baking dish. sprinkle fish with lime juice, tarragon and scallions.
Bake, covered at 325 F for 15-20 min or fish flakes easily.
