1/2 cup strong coffee
1/4 cup full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk, refrigerated
(I used the solid part from the top of the milk, not the liquid part)
2 TBSP honey
1.5-2 cups crushed ice
1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Brew coffee. Pour a 1/2 cup into a blender or immersion blender cup.
Add the cocoa powder and stir to dissolve. Add remaining ingredients and blend (
I used an immersion blender to whip it up fast).
Continue to add ice until desired consistency is achieved.
Enjoy promptly!
