1 kg grass fed beef mince
2 small onions chopped finely
2 large eggs whisked
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp italian mixed herbs
1 tsp chili flakes
Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and make 9 patties.
Fry in a non stick frying pan (non need for oil if you buy the mince with more fat in it) for about 3-4 minutes on medium to low heat each side or until cooked.
