- Olive Oil
- Salt, pepper, diced garlic and curry powder
- 2 green onions
- 1 cup butternut squash pieces
- Pork Pieces and Mixed Vegetable Sautee

Preparation
Cut pork into bite-sized pieces
Have all vegetables chopped and thawed in bite-sized pieces
Start a very large fry pan on medium heat with olive oil
When the pan is heated, add the pork pieces and any uncooked vegetables and sautee for around 10 minutes, adding the diced garlic after around 6-7 minutes
After the pork and initial vegetables have cooked, add any precooked vegetables and mix in and warm
Season with salt, pepper and curry powder
Place on serving plates and garnish with green onions, a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkled curry powder
