• 1 pound free range organic  chicken thighs
  • 2 heads bok choi
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 2 knuckles ginger
  • Sesame oil
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1-2 cup water water

Preparation

Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces

Chop bok choi into bite size pieces

Mince garlic, green onions, jalapeno, and ginger

Bring large cast-iron pan to medium-high heat

Add chicken and cook for around 5 minutes, moving in the pan until lightly colored

Add bok choi and cook for another 2-3 minutes, moving in the pan

Add all other ingredients EXCEPT WATER, cook for another 2-3 minutes

Add water, cook for 1-2 more minutes until water simmers

Serve in bowls, including broth
