(How much you need exactly will depend on how many people you are feeding)
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop the stems with a chopper. Mix the chopped stems in a bowl with the sausage and spices until well blended. Place the mushrooms on a baking dish and using a spoon fill the mushroom caps with the sausage mixture. Bake in the oven at 350 for about 10 minutes.
