1 kg free range organic chicken drumsticks or 8 drumsticks

1 can apricot nectar

1/2 cup water

3 garlic cloves

4 small onions

2 tsp curry powder

salt and pepper

 

Preparation

Set oven at 180 degrees celcius in the fan forced setting.

Process garlic and onions till they are small in a Food Processor.

Mix apricot nectar, water, curry power, salt and pepper with processed onion and garlic.

Place chicken drumsticks in a large oven tray and pour over apricot nectar.

Cook for about 1 hour and turn over chicken half way through.
