Add tons of nutrition to your day with a salad for lunch, dinner or even as a side dish. A great way to get your kids to eat their veggies is to keep a lot of salad ingredients on hand so they can make their own! At home salad bars can be great for the whole family, some suggestions are to start with an assortment of leafy greens, choice of fruits, nuts, beans, veggies, meat, and some extra items such as cheese and or seeds.
