Strength comes in all different forms, this amazing display of balance, muscle control, flexability, strength, and grace will make you realize some capabilities the human body can achieve.

You don’t have to stick to lifting weights in a gym to be in amazing shape or you don’t have to run miles a day, granted I guarantee these dancers have a strict training program that most people couldn’t keep up with, because of the amount of time they practice and train to be able to perform at this level.
