So we all heard it before “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”….but what about apricots? Apricots are a great source of vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, iron, and fiber. Apricots can be sliced up with other fruit, pureed, baked, and a great snack during the day or anytime! The US produces 90% of the worlds apricots so it’s time to start picking what grows in our own backyard!
